We Opened In 2019 Because Kerrville Didn't Have Anybody You Could Call By Name.
Jerry and Serena Reyna started Integrity Towing in Kerrville in 2019. Not a franchise. Not a call center routing you to whoever's closest. Just two people who decided the Hill Country needed a wrecker service where the owners still show up.
Word got around fast. Across our Google reviews, people say Jerry's name more than they say the company's. That's not an accident. When you call, you're not getting a dispatcher reading a script. You're getting Serena, who's probably already got her boots on, or Jerry, who's pulled more cars out of ditches on Highway 16 than he can count.
Kerrville and Kerr County have voted us Best Wrecker Service seven years running, every year since we opened. We're proud of that. But it's not why we do it this way. We do it this way because it's the only way we know how.
