Texas Highway 16 connects Kerrville and Bandera, about 25 miles south. It's our longest regular run among the main towns we cover, but it's one we make often.
Off-Road Calls Are Normal Out Here
Bandera calls tend to look a little different than a Kerrville street pickup. More ranch roads, more gravel, more chances of ending up stuck somewhere a standard tow truck wasn't built for. We come prepared for winch-outs and off-road recovery specifically because Bandera and the surrounding area call for it.
That doesn't mean every call out here is off the pavement. Plenty are standard breakdowns and lockouts right in town. Either way, it's the same crew and the same straight talk on cost before we do anything.
