You Don't Always Need A Whole Tow Truck
A dead battery in a grocery store parking lot doesn't need the same response as a wreck on I-10. We treat it that way. Jump starts, flat tire changes, and fuel delivery are all quick, on-the-spot fixes, and we'd rather get you moving in fifteen minutes than tow you somewhere you didn't need to go.
If we get there and the fix turns out to be bigger than expected, say the battery's dead for a reason a jump won't solve, we'll tell you straight and talk through what's next. No upselling, no guessing games.
